A crisp, dry rice l***r in a big 500ml can, brewed for the legends at Trash Cult.

We’re launching it this Friday (31/7) with a special happy hour at Trash Cult. $5 tins from 5-7pm. The Cornella crew will be there and we’ll have some shirts for sale too!

Get around it, see you there for a big can of cold b**r and browse some awesome records.

Stock will be available online and at the cellar door over the weekend before hitting stockists next week.

🍻Two new IPAs, one new yeast! 🎉 Come join these two legends (aka brains trust Spencer Page and our newest member of the team, Daniel Thaine) at this Friday from 5–7pm. They’ll be pouring Ultraviolet (Black IPA) and Infrared (Red IPA) side-by-side for the first time.

Both b**rs are brewed with SH-45, a brand new thiol-unlocking yeast from Fermentis that releases tropical aromas locked deep in the grain and hops. One dark and roasty, one red and resinous, both pointed at tropical fruit through the yeast.

Friday 5th June 5–7pm. See you there.

Inside Look Part 5: The Transfer and the Boil! 🌾🍺

We’ve been recirculating for about half an hour and the clarity is spot on, which means it’s time for the transfer!

In Part 5, Matt takes us into the boil. This is where we add our hops to bring out that delicious bitterness and hoppy flavor for our Hay Bale XPA.
