Meatloaf is the star of tonights dish.

Hubby and I had ours as 'Meatloaf stuffed muchrooms'

1kg beef mince $12
Pk stuffing mix $1.35
1 egg $ 0.18
Jar salsa $1.50

Total $15.03
With sides of veggies and mash potato, the meatloaf would serve 6

$2.50 per serve

*I added some grated cheese, grated carrot, grated broccoli because I had it.

Mexican mince and pasta.

500gm mince beef $6

Onion $0.39

Tin black beans $1.10

Tn diced tomato $0.89

Tin corn kernals $1.10

½ Jar salsa $0.75

Total $10.23 served 6 easily ($1.70 per serve)

Taco seasoning, sour cream, cheese and pasta from the pantry. Could serve with rice or use for taco or wraps

2c Brown rice $0.80

Cu**in and garlic powders.
We had taco pockets and salsa in the pantry but could use wraps or even just as is.

Total $10.79 about 6 serves ($1.79 per serve)

Bacon Alfredo fettuccine

1 Pk Fettuccine $1

400gms bacon $5.12

200mls milk $0.30

200mls cream $1.86

250g parmesan $5

Total cost $13.28 serves 6 ($2.21 per serve)

I added frozen spinach I had in the freezer and a tsp of minced garlic.
Could add chicken also, $$ would go up but so would portions 😄
