🪵 SAVE THE DATE – FENCING DEMO - 24 SEPT

Fencing jobs? We've planned an afternoon of practical demonstrations, expert advice and supplier displays with Waratah Fencing & Gallagher Animal Management.

Real gear, practical techniques, plenty of tips and a chance to have a go yourself.

We're setting up the afternoon with farmers and fencing contractors in mind, along with anyone planning their next fencing project. Cyclone Fencing will have gates & troughs on display.

🫟 Cowaramup Piano Concert - a showcase of local talent 🫟
Congratulations to the 10 local Pianists (mostly teenagers) who put on terrific performances at the Concert at the Cowaramup Hall on Sunday 23rd August.

You made us proud with the efforts made and your confident presentations.

Over 70 people of all ages (and a few dogs), enjoyed the 90-minute Concert.

Quiz winners received some lovely prizes that had been donated by local businesses: Temper Temper fine chocolate (chocolates), Two Cracks Coffee (coffee beans), Seven Seas (teas) and Just Kidding Farm (beautiful goat milk soaps). Thanks for the support.

Sue says we'd love to have another concert in 2027 and show the progress so many of our young people are making with their music.

🌱 CHRIS’ GARDEN UPDATE – EPISODE 1

The w**ds are thriving!

Chris has a brilliant home garden veggie patch and lawn. In this first update he’s tackling one of the garden’s most persistent w**d visitors.

The aim is to get the lawn healthy, well-fed and growing strongly, using the right products from Cowaramup Agencies and a few practical tips from our resident gardener.

Not all lawns are made equal; certain herbicides suit different lawn varieties.

Chris will be sharing what he does, then reporting back on the results as the season progresses.
