Sunday started off a bit foggy, but turned into a total gift from the sunshine gods! ☀️ It was magic seeing kids, dogs, and local legends soaking up those rays over cold brews, wines, award-winning spirits, and refreshing house-made iced teas.

Just like our woolly crew waking up in the video, every single drop we serve was born right here on the farm. From the grain to the glass, everything is brewed, distilled, and crafted right on site at 79 Coghlan Road.

Sunday Snapshot ☀️🍻

A huge thank you to everyone who came down to the farm on Sunday! 🌾

Sunday was truly a gift from the sunshine gods! It was absolute magic soaking up those rays together. We loved seeing all the kids running around the open grass and the furry four-legged mates lounging in the sun while everyone enjoyed cold beers, wines, award-winning spirits, and refreshing non-alcoholic options—like our house-made iced tea in the "AI Jazzed" photo! 🍹
Paired with a few bites from our farm-style snack menu, it was the perfect afternoon.

We're back behind the scenes for a few weeks now to focus on renovations and brewing, so remember to keep an eye on our Stories for updates on our next open days! 🛠️🍺

Here is the plan for **this weekend**:
* 🛠️ **Saturday:** CLOSED for farm renovations & production in the back (brewing our long-fermenting winter lagers & bottling award winning spirits!).
* 🔥 **Sunday:** OPEN for a cozy **Sunday Session**!

Weekend Update 📢

As previously posted, as the island cools down, we’re shifting gears for the season and operating on a more sporadic schedule over the next couple of months! 🌾

We will be CLOSED this coming weekend so our team can tackle some renovations around the farm and focus on production in the back. 🛠️🍺

While the doors are closed, we’re hard at work brewing our long-fermenting winter lagers and bottling our award-winning spirits & RTD cans!

🔥 When we reopen: Expect award-winning spirits & artisanal cocktails, cozy fires, mulled wine, mulled cider, cold brews, and farm-style snacks.

As previously posted, as the island cools down, we're shifting gears for the season! Over the next couple of months, we’re taking a few little breaks and operating on a more sporadic schedule so our hard-working staff can recharge.
Because of that, we will be fully CLOSED this weekend to give our hardworking crew a well-deserved break! 💤
While the front doors are closed, the back of the house is still buzzing! We’re using this quiet time to focus on farm upkeep, maintenance & production—tending to our winter lagers that love a long fermentation, alongside stocking up on our award-winning spirits in both bottles and RTD cans.
What you can look forward to when our doors reopen:

We’re taking a few little breaks over the next couple of months so our hard-working staff can recharge and we can focus on production in the back! We’re busy brewing winter lagers that like to ferment longer, plus crafting our award-winning spirits in bottles and RTD cans.

Because we're picking our open days around the island weather, here is the plan for this weekend:

Saturday: CLOSED (Rain is on the forecast)

Sunday: OPEN for a cozy Sunday Session! 🔥 We’ll have the open fire roaring, along with warm mulled wine and mulled cider ready to pour.

Over the next two months, we'll be operating on a sporadic schedule like this. Follow our stories for weekly updates so you never miss a weekend we are open!

We’re taking a little break! The tap room and farm will be closed this weekend so our hard-working staff can enjoy some downtime and recharge.
Over the next two months, we’re leaning into the quieter side of island life by taking a few little breaks and operating on a more sporadic schedule. While the front doors might be closed more often, the back of the house is buzzing! We are using this quiet season to focus on production—tending to our winter lagers that like to ferment longer, and stocking up on our award-winning spirits in both bottle and RTD (ready-to-drink) formats.
We aren't going anywhere, but we will be picking our open days carefully based on the weather and our production schedules.
