Hey folks, a little heads up! We will be closed this Sunday the 10th of May while we take the day off to hang with our little ones and celebrate being Mums. If you are planning a weekend visit, make sure you pop in on Saturday.

Quick and easy dinner inspo. The trick? Have the pantry and fridge stocked with all the staples, and prep any bits and pieces you can ahead of time to you can simply grab and use… Boiled egg stash? Check! ☑️ Salad greens washed, chopped and ready to grab out of the fridge? Check! ☑️

This bowl took me 10mins to cook, and contains…

~ Sautéed rainbow chard, cabbage, & kale (all chopped over the weekend and stored in containers in the fridge)

~ Fresh Cos lettuce and mixed greens (again, washed and chopped over the weekend)

~ Boiled eggs (always have a stash on hand)

~ Halloumi

~ H**p seeds

~ lemon dressing

~ And finished with of course 😉
