A relaxed, country wedding is always something special. No stress, no strict timelines, just all your favourite people together celebrating.

We traveled to Parkes to create a larged shared table, followed by sliders to keep these guests well fed while they celebrated.

We spent a week with the while they visited Cowra and surrounds for their 2026 Car Rally!

We had the absolute pleasure of making sure they were well fed everyday, which was no small task at 150 people per day!

We traveled to Woodstock, Greenthorpe, Grenfell, Goolagong and finished this morning with their last morning tea here in Cowra. Over the week we prepared over 90 LARGE grazing boxes to ensure this lively crew had all they needed.

Without the help of Zippi, Zeeki, Ella Tilly & Claire this week wouldnt have been possible! I am so grateful to each of you who headed out to the villages while we kept preparing!

Thanks and all your friends for sharing your beautiful vehicles with us thia week! Travel safe home

A quick snap of what we've done this week 💚

Wednesday- Friday we have catered to 500 people working from Wyangla. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners in grab and go format to fit into their busy schedules.

We went through 360 eggs
30 Loaves of bread
250 Wraps
100 locally sourced individual lamb rumps
Combined with all the fillings and accompaniments in between!

So much delish food heading out. Did I manage one single photo?? Nope! Instead, a photo of one of the MANY coffees needed to survive this week!

One more event for the weekend and we are looking forward to a slow Sunday to rest and recharge.

Festival Long Lunch

These gorgeous Charcuterie Teacups made their debut today at the Cowra Festival of International Understanding Long Lunch. The lunch saw classic UK And Australian foods served to guests through the afternoon. These were our take on the classic cup of tea and we followed this with Brittish Fish and Chips.

We collabed with and to keep guests well fed through many courses!

The event was held in the beautiful Pavilion setting the scene beautifully.

Aren't these teacups just the sweetest!?
