DAIRY FARM ATTENDANT(S) REQUIRED
Drew Farming is looking for an exceptional Dairy Farm Attendant on a part time basis to join our team at Heyfield, Victoria.
Hours and Days
This position is for 20 hours a week.
You would be required to work every second weekend
Role and Responsibility
Milking 300 dairy cows
Provide food and water for calves and stock
Remove and dispose of all waste and keep dairy clean
Provide care and basic treatment for sick or injured stock
Apply and track identification systems of stock
Safe operation of vehicles, machinery and equipment
Perform basic maintenance and repairs of equipment and fittings
Maintain accurate records and data
Transport stock, food and equipment
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Preferred experience as a Dairy Farm Attendant
Must be physically fit to cope with them demands of the role
Must be good with cows and cleanliness
Have own transportation
Accommodation is available on property if required and can be discussed upon applications.
