A semi-naked cake is the ultimate blank canvas. There is no thick layer of fondant, no heavy piping, and absolutely nothing to hide behind. Every level, every edge, and every scrape of the scraper shows the raw technique underneath. Starting out five years ago, a finish like this felt intimidating, but today it feels like a celebration of how far the practice has come.

Beneath the clean lines are two completely fresh flavour profiles. The bottom tier is a bright lemon and blueberry cake layered with a tart, house-made lemon curd filling. The top tier is a sophisticated strawberry and ch*****ne cake, baked using real Prosecco rosé.

Simple on the outside, incredibly detailed on the inside.

Winter weddings in the Blue Mountains hit different ❄️✨

It was an absolute dream to be part of Alice and Bea’s intimate elopement at the warm and cozy Glasshouse at Falls Rest! 🤍

I am still completely in love with how this slice turned out. Inside, it’s our signature pink ch*****ne cake made with real Prosecco rosé, layered with a luscious strawberry coulis filling, and finished with silky Swiss meringue buttercream 🍰🍓🥂 topper supplied by our friends at Cotton Co.

I’m back! 🩷

6 weeks, 3 countries, a lot of adventures, far too many pastries, and probably an unhealthy amount of gelato later… I’m home and ready to get back in the kitchen! 😂

We’ve spent the last 6 weeks travelling through Spain, Italy, and Malta. It was an incredibly special trip getting to connect back with my Spanish roots, visit my husband's side of the family in Malta, and (most importantly) eat our way through every local bakery we could find. Swipe through to see a few snippets from the trip, including me in Rabat, hidden behind my sunnies, fueling my pastry obsession with a fresh pastizz, and a few of me showing how grateful I was for the experience 🥹😂 🇪🇸🇲🇹☀️
