Stocking up the lunch fridge with these chicken burgers 🥰

I've used wombat Valley sweet chilli mayo on most....then a plant based mayo on 2 for my egg allergy lad 😊

Dinner tonight is my all time favourite station dinner...Corned beef served with potato, carrot, peas, mashed potato and cheesey bechamel sauce 😋

I boiled my Corned beef this time. As you all know i usually roast it. Then i boiled the potato and carrot in the meat water.

Good morning lovelies 🥱 it was an early start today. Its 5:15am and my crew have had breakfast, grabbed food for the day and gone 😵‍💫

They are working way out where they normally camp so they have a bit of a drive to get out there. They can't camp because the water tank they normally take out got damaged🫣

I do love these extra early mornings though...best time of the day 😊

When we do these early breakfasts I do things they can take away...with a few extras if anyone wants to take one for lunch.
This morning was breakky wraps...spinach, hash browns, bacon, eggs,cheese and BBQ sauce ...toasted 😊

Dinner here tonight is Chilli con carne served with Mexican red rice, taco salad, corn chips and wraps...and of course sour cream, guacamole, jalapino, cheese and salsa 😊

This is a favourite dinner of this years crew😊

I'm learning to make Kombucha!

Kirsty who arrived a few weeks ago to be our gardener/Domestic is usually a station cook too (but she needed a break from the kitchen) brought her Scoby over and we we made up this huge jar.

We will test it in 7 days to see if its ready or if it needs more time. I have a few fresh pineapples so I will save one to cut up and add to it once it's ready 😊

Good morning lovelies 😊

Using up left overs this morning for smoko 😊

These fritters are left over steaks diced up and mixed with left over vege. I added 2 beaten eggs and 2 cups of Gluten free SR flour then mixed it to a nice batter with milk.
Then I added some mixed herbs and garlic salt 😁

Cook like pancakes 😁

I hope you had a lovely weekend! I had Saturday off and had to cook dinner tonight. Everyone is back from Borroloola and ready for a good dinner and sleep in their own beds😊

Rump steak...chicken Alfredo, gnocchi and a big bowl of mixed vege😊

Gnocchi: i used this recipe but replaced the ravioli with gnocchi (gluten and egg free)
