Yesterday we dispatched 6 of our meat wethers. It's been 4 years since we embarked on the farm-life journey. We've always wanted to raise our own meat and we started with chickens. Now, we're finally getting the ball rolling with lamb! These beauties sit for a couple days and then they'll be cut, packaged and in the freezer by Friday arvo 🥩😋

Yesterday we all got outside and enjoyed the nice weather. 🌞 With Poppy's help, we got the houseyard mowed and manicured. We also got the site for the new garden mowed and ready for the garden beds. We've decided to move the veggie garden to the other side of the house for easier accessibility. The farm is looking good. 🚜🏡

Side note: we tested strollers/prams for months before deciding on this one. A big factor was the wheels and how they performed on dirt roads, grass, etc. The Joie stroller/prams is absolutely amazing for off road use.
