I cook Monday to Friday with pick up from 5pm. All family meals are cooked with love and using the freshest, local and where available organic ingredients. Average family meal such as the slow cooked lasagne will easily cut into 9 portions, at less than $6.50/serve!

Another beautiful batch of fresh, homemade school lunches heading out the door today — made from scratch and ready to make the school week that little bit easier! 🙌

🌯 Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas — chicken breast gently poached until tender, freshly shredded and loaded with melted cheese in a golden toasted tortilla.

✨ A little look behind the scenes of this week’s catering…

What a wonderful few days it has been! ❤️

From preparing beautiful homemade meals to catering lunch and dinner for a large group, this was definitely a big one — but seeing everything come together and hearing such lovely feedback from the organisers made every early morning, every tray and every hour in the kitchen completely worth it.

Everything was prepared from scratch in my little kitchen at Table Grayce, using beautiful fresh ingredients and plenty of love. 🥰

And while I’m still catching my breath from this one… I’m already thinking about the next!

🎄 Christmas catering bookings are now something to start thinking about.

If you have a Christmas party, family gathering, work function, end-of-year celebration or special event coming up, I’d love to help take the pressure out of feeding everyone.

✨ What a weekend! ✨

Three huge days in the Table Grayce kitchen and tonight I can finally say… it’s all done! ❤️

Four catering services, feeding 60–65 people for lunch and 50 for dinner, with everything prepared from scratch and delivered fresh.

There were sandwiches, wraps, quiches, sausage rolls and beautiful fresh fruit for lunch, followed by homemade lasagne, vegetarian lasagne, meatballs and spaghetti, then green chicken curry, butter chicken and roast pumpkin & chickpea curry for dinner.

There was a LOT of chopping, stirring, rolling, baking, packing, labelling, cleaning… and more cleaning! 😂

But the best part? As I handed over the final dishes tonight, the organiser thanked me so generously and told me how much everyone has been enjoying the meals. ❤️

That makes every long hour in the kitchen completely worth it.

Exhausted? Absolutely.
Proud? Without a doubt.
Would I do it again? Ask me after I’ve had a good night’s sleep! 😂
