Last Friday, we shore Wiringa Park 250723 (JK), the new sire we recently purchased in partnership with Kamora Park at Bendigo for $60,000.

With 6 months and 9 days’ growth, he cut an impressive 9.1 kg of bold crimping, gutsy, breed-on wool. We’re thrilled with the result and, more importantly, with how he looks out of the wool.

On display at the Royal Adelaide Show will be Wiringa Park 250723 ‘JK’.

In July, Roemahkita purchased a half share in this promising young sire for $60,000, in partnership with Kamora Park Poll Merino Stud.

We greatly admired this sire for his flawless structure and exceptional wool-cutting ability on an uncomplicated body. Backed by a powerful pedigree, with three generations of ET breeding on both his sire and dam sides, his genetics closely align with our objectives of breeding profitable, resilient dual-purpose Poll Merinos.

Sired by Glenlea Park 230757, his dam 220066 is by Wallaloo Park 190226. 250723 has all the attributes of a top shelf stud sire: flawless structure, perfect top line with width of body and overall balance. Roemahkita’s third ram on offer at the Adelaide Ram Sale is Lot 18, 250106.

106 is a PP son of Roemahkita 230010 (top-priced ram at our 2024 on-property auction) and a grandson of Wallaloo Park 210788. His dam is 222076, who in 2026 had a set of SPECIAL twin ewe lambs by Terrick West 240342.

This sire has an ultra-long staple of stylish, crimpy, bright white wool. Currently, he measures 105mm from 6½ months’ wool growth.

He has a strong, pure muzzle and great length of body, with a fantastic topline. He has a magnificent hindquarter and stands proud and square.

His current body weight is 115kg, with an EMD of 45.6mm and FAT of 7mm.

250106 will be offered through Elders SA Livestock & Clearing Sales as our third ram at the Adelaide Ram Sale on Friday, September 11.

Roemahkita’s second ram on offer at the Adelaide Ram Sale is Lot 17, 252085.

2085 is a spring drop son of Pyramid Poll 220220 and a grandson of Wiringa Park 200037. His dam is a maiden spring drop special ewe.

2085 is the best Pyramid Poll 220220 son we have bred. His wool oozes style and character, with fantastic staple length, while his structure is near perfect. He is great on all four pasterns and stands square and proud all day.

This PP sire is still growing, but currently weighs 113kg at just 1 year and 1 month of age. In June, he measured 42.6mm EMD and 7mm FAT.

He ranks in the top 5% for YCFW & ACFW and top 20% for WP Index. In February, at just 7 months of age, he cut 4.8kg from four months’ wool growth.

252085 will be offered through Elders SA Livestock & Clearing Sales as our second ram at the Adelaide Ram Sale on Friday, September 11.

The vendor reserves the right to collect 200 doses of semen at the purchaser’s convenience and the vendor’s expense.

Roemahkita’s first ram on offer at the Adelaide Ram Sale is LOT 16 250625.

625 is a son of Wallaloo Park 210788, while his dam is a granddaughter of Glenlea Park 180173 (Smithy). He has a very long body with great neck extension and a square, meaty back end. His wool displays magnificent crimp definition and is super long in the staple.

Current body weight is 128kg, with an EMD of 45.2 and FAT of 6.8.

He has a very balanced set of ASBVs, backed up by outstanding raw data. He ranks in the top 1% for WWT, LMY & ACFW, and top 5% for YCFW, WP Index & SM Index.

250625 will be offered through Nutrien Livestock - S.A. Stud Stock as our lead ram at the Adelaide Ram Sale on Friday, September 11.
