That’s a wrap on our 36th On Property Auction! 🐑

Congratulations to Peace Valley Rambouillets & Happy Valley Farms, Alberta, Canada, on securing the top priced ram at $14,500.

Congratulations also to Barloo Stud, Gnowangerup, WA, on securing the second top priced ram at $10,000.

111 rams were offered, with 98 sold, averaging $2,233.

250011 is another top shelf son of Roemahkita 230009. His dam is a Glenlea Park 180173 (Smithy) daughter. He has a real sirey wool that will breed on and has a great balance of staple length and density. His structure is close to perfect and stands well on all four feet.

250011 was the heaviest lamb at weaning for the 2025 drop and this is backed up by being in the top 1% for WWT. He is also top 1% for ACFW and top 5% for YCFW, HWT and LMY while being top 10% for PWT, WP index and SM index - very balanced ASBVs.

We have decided to offer 250003 at our On- Property sale as lot 1A (first ram offered). On Thursday he weighed in at 139kg and to make this even more impressive he is a twin. His twin brother is lot 28 at our On-Property sale (250016). 250003’s dam (210594) has been a consistent performer and has a SPECIAL ewe lamb on the ground this year out of Wiringa Park 220450 weighing 40.5kg at weaning.

Note: The vendor retains the right to collect 200 doses of semen at purchaser’s convenience and vendor’s expense.
