Jim has been working his green thumb magic in the KI Spirits garden for about 6 months now 🌞 For the end of Winter/start of Spring, his focus has been on pruning back the rose bushes, re-mulching all of our garden areas, pruning back the almond blossom, pear trees and pomegranates and he’s set up a new garden bed area for strawberries, jalapeños and chillis! He’s also planted some new herbs next to the cellar door; chocolate mint, lemon thyme and verbena lemon 🍋

As well as a beautiful place to wander, sip, and savour, our garden also provides us with our beautiful botanicals for our gins, and cocktail accompaniments. Next time you’re here if you bump into Jim, say g’day and ask him about the KIS garden ❤️
