It's fresh crop Ethiopian season and we're celebrating with the release of this stunning washed process coffee from the famed Sidama region, Ayla Bombe. Come and try it for yourself this coming Monday 1st September where Anthony will be serving manual pourover and batch brew along with all the other delicious offerings Novellino is known for. You might just stay for lunch 😊

Grown at 1950 - 2150 masl by 725 indpenent farmers using mostly organic practices it was processed at the Ayla washing station near the local village of Bombe. The washing station is one of 28 owned by Mr. Faysel A. Yonis. The washing station is named Ayla after one of Mr. Faysel’s nieces.

Expect a clean and silky mouthfeel, honey-like sweetness and distinctive lime and passionfruit acidity in the lingering aftertaste. Especially as it cools.
