How about a biscoff version 😁 a fluff soft sweet scroll filled with creamy biscoff and topped with delicious biscuits crumb.

Breakfast, lunch platters for a boat trip, and a gorgeous outdoor reception for 60 guests. Fuelling a beautiful wedding day from sunrise to the final dance!

Behind the scenes, a mid-service power outage tried to test us. But great teamwork meant the kitchen didn't miss a beat, and the guests never noticed a thing!

At the end of the day, it's always about creating unforgettable moments through spectacular food.

Designed this 10 course degustation menu to be fresh, vibrant, and a little adventurous for a special birthday celebration. It was such a privilege to bring a unique fine dining experience directly to the table for a friend and his family.
Every detail was made with love for a truly memorable occasion.

I curated a bespoke, multi-course fine dining experience for a special birthday celebration - No crowded venues, no rushed seatings, just exceptional food shared with the people who matter most.

Standouts from the custom lineup included the chicken liver & cherry, delicate scallop with nashi and bay leaf oil and a rich pork with celeriac, brussel sprout & apple.

Landmark milestones deserve unforgettable flavours. Happy 50th!
