Our new tanks and brew equipment are almost ready for shipping.

These tanks will compliment the Spark brewhouse we purchased from Wilson Brewing and our existing brewhouse equipment.

With excitement comes another level of work ahead.

Very happy with the quality of the equipment and the hospitality from Tiantai has been amazing.

An epic experience in Bamberg, Germany.

There are levels in the malting industry and it doesn't get much higher than this.

A wonderful tour lead by Axel, detailing the history, extensive quality control (no recording in the labs) to the final product.

An on-site brewery that helps to check, develop or even find ways to continually improve.
