WE’RE HIRING!
We are looking for a Deli & Café All Rounder to join the crew at Uncle’s Deli, the flagship store of Uncle’s Smallgoods.

Uncle’s has been making seriously good smallgoods in Melbourne since 1994. Our Dandenong deli is where you get to experience the whole brand in one place. Great produce, fresh food, coffee, our full smallgoods range and plenty of regulars who know exactly what they’re coming in for.
THE JOB
No two days are quite the same.
🥪 Serving customers and talking all things food
☕ Grinding Veneziano Coffee Roasters coffee
🔪 Working the deli counter
🙌 Helping with food prep & re-stocking
You’ll also be right in the middle of the wider Uncle’s Smallgoods business, so there’s plenty to learn about food, how our products are made, new product launches and what goes into building a growing food brand.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Hospitality, café or deli experience is is essential, but attitude matters most. You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. We’re looking for someone with great energy, a love of food and a willingness to get stuck in.
Speaking Italian 🇮🇹 or Polish 🇵🇱 is a bonus but not essential.
