pov: you need a breakfast that actually keeps you full 👀

This is one of ’s go-to brekkies: a super simple high protein yogurt parfait using the new Chobani 20G Protein large tubs. 20G of protein per serve from 100% fresh milk - no added powders! Get the recipe below!

You'll need:
Chobani 20g Protein Greek Yogurt - Vanilla (3x 190g serves)

Berry Compote:
450g Frozen Mixed Berries
20ml Lemon Juice

Crumble:
60g Rolled Oats
15g Almond Flour
15g Butter, Melted
15g Maple Syrup
2g Vanilla Essence

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, add the crumble ingredients until well combined. Spread onto a lined tray and bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool so it crisps up.
2. In the meantime, add your frozen berries and lemon juice to a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly thickened. Lightly mash and set aside to cool.
3. Once everything has cooled, assemble into 3 jars or containers. Layer your berry compote, followed by 1 serve of Chobani 20g Protein Greek Yogurt, and top with the crumble.
4. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best texture, keep the crumble separate and add just before serving.
5. Enjoy!
