Exit Brewing fell from the minds of two Melbournians, who decided to exit their corporate I.T. Now the family-owned business is led by founder and brewer, Grum Knight, and offers an iconic core range that keeps true to the founding principles of quality and honesty. Our story began with the release of a Saison farmhouse ale back in 2014. Since then, we have added a few more of our favourite styles

including a bold yet balanced Pale Ale, the complex American-style AIBA trophy winning Amber Ale, the rich smooth AIBA trophy winning Milk Stout and a hoppy West Coast-style IPA. These year-round releases are complemented by our limited release program that pays homage to our original numbered batches. We’re a fully independent brewery located in Melbourne’s South East, with a small but mighty team of incredible people who continually strive to keep ‘craft’ at the heart of what we do.
