🥪🌱 Serve up the ultimate club sandwich with our Garden Veg & Lentil patty

Ingredients
• Garden Veg & Lentil patty
• 3 slices of multi-grain bread
• fruit chutney
• lettuce leaves
• 1-2 radishes
• red cabbage
• 1 slice of cheddar cheese
• mayonnaise
• skewers or toothpicks

Preparation
• Toast or grill the bread
• Cook the veggie pattie in a sandwich press for 4-5 mins from frozen
• Wash lettuce leaves, radishes and red cabbage
• Grate radishes and shred or cut the cabbage into slivers
• Spread the bottom toast slice with layer of fruit chutney
• Top with lettuce leaves, veggie patty, grated radish
• Top with a second toasted slice spread with mayonnaise on the top side
• Top with lettuce leaves, shredded red cabbage and cheese slice
• Spread the bottom side of the 3rd toast slice with mayonnaise and close the sandwich
• Cut into halves or quarters and secure each with a skewer or toothpick
