⚠️ COMMUNITY NOTICE ⚠️

A large phone order worth $146.94 was placed at One Stop Darkan Roadhouse.

Our team prepared the entire order and waited over an hour for collection. When we contacted the customer, the order was not collected and our staff were subjected to abusive and racist language.

This incident resulted in wasted food, staff time, and a significant financial loss to our small business.

We are aware of the identity of the individual responsible.

This post is intended to raise awareness within our community that this type of behaviour, including racism and abuse towards staff, has a real impact on local businesses and the people who work hard to serve our community.

We ask everyone to treat local businesses and staff with respect.
