Have you ever eat Khao Soi? What is Khao Soi?

is a Northern Thai curry noodle soup featuring flat egged noodle in a rich coconut milk curry broth, typically topped with crispy fried noodle and served with tangy condiments , prickles mustard green , fresh shallot. The dish usually made with chicken or beef .

Though its origins track back to Chinese - Muslim traders from the Yunnan region who traveled through Myanmar and made the dish become popular in Chiang Mai , Thailand .

Don’t need to travel that far , Hugs Pa Nim brings it to you at Saturday Parap Markets.
