Marinate 500g chicken in 1 cup yoghurt and 1-2 Tbsp Butter Chicken Spice Blend. Sauté onions and any other veggies you have on hand, add marinated chicken, tomatoes and cream. Simmer until cooked. Serve with rice or naan.

Looking for a beautiful sweet treat to make for your Easter weekend🍍🥥

𝑷𝒊ñ𝒂 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒅𝒂 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒔

INGREDIENTS:
• 200g almond biscotti
• 50g digestive biscuits
• 150g unsalted butter, melted
• 4 Tbsp sugar, divided use
• 5 Tbsp 𝙋𝙞ñ𝙖 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙙𝙖 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙙𝙚𝙧
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1 dash salt
• 1 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven 175˚C.
Line a 20x20cm square bar pan with baking paper.
Blitz together almond biscotti and digestive biscuits.
Add butter and blitz quickly again.
Turn out mixture into pan.
Press down then place in fridge to chill for 15 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp Piña Colada Chocolate Powder, salt and eggs in a medium bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Pour mixture onto crust in bar pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Mix sour cream, 2 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp Piña Colada Chocolate Powder in a small bowl.
Spread on top of cooled base.
Place back in oven for 10 minutes at 175˚C.
Remove, cool to room temperature, then place in fridge to chill before serving.
Top with your favourite fruit.
Here we’ve used sliced kiwi fruit, fresh coconut and dried pineapple flowers.

Delicious Crispy Pork Belly! The crunch on the crackle was sooo good!
Tried a new method which made chopping it up so easy at the end.
