Happy Saturday Pizza Peeps. It's ANZAC Day! We're cooking tonight from 5.00pm. Being ANZAC day, our special this week is the Garlic Potato pizza. Pre-roasted sliced potato with rosemary and chilli oil. Onto a garlic base with a dash of shaved parmesan and maybe a little more chilli oil for good measure. Tonight only $25

Greetings pizza lovers. Early post this week as we head into an ANZAC weekend. Our schedule this weekend is full-on!
Friday - We're at The Deck at Umina SLSC. Live music, great vibe.
Saturday we're on the street from 5pm. watch out for our post later this week.
Sunday is a private event in Saratoga.
Our special this week is our Garlic Potato Pizza (pictured). We have thin sliced potato, pre-roasted in the woodfired oven with chili oil and of course, ROSEMARY. This goes onto a garlic sauce base, some shaved parmesan and a little more chilli oil. Simple, elegant and very tasty.

Tonight's special is one of our favourites, Tandoori Chicken - we sauté marinated chicken strips in a tandoori flavoured sauce then onto a tomato sauced base with Spanish onion and cheese. Once cooked it's a drizzle of mint and Greek yogurt. Tonight only $25
