A HUGE thank you to our team who show up day after day, and pour their heart and souls into their work. Without you we wouldn’t be here. To my beautiful dogs, who are always by my side, best mates who bring so much joy to my days and fuel my love for hunting. Thank you.🐾

And lastly, thanks also to Tourism Tasmania and Tourism Australia for providing the opportunity to grow in our industry, alongside the other incredible tourism operators who took part.

Congratulations to the Gold Award winner, The Truffle Farm Tasmania!! This also makes The Truffle Farm an inductee into the Tasmanian Tourism Awards Hall of Fame having won Gold in this category for three consecutive years.

Visit The Truffle Farm Tasmania, ‘Home of Australia’s First Black Truffle’ which produces both summer and winter truffles 10 months of the year. Visitors are offered a hands-on immersive experience whilst actively hunting for truffles in the plantation with expert truffle dogs and handlers. Discover the history of truffles from the experience and expertise of the pioneering Terry family, followed by a decadent truffle lunch or snack with freshly shaved truffles. Delight in their signature fresh truffle ice cream and a tasting of its gourmet truffle products. Come and join the hunt and dig up some magic of your own!
