Our 3drops viticulture is now being undertaken by Callum Garland. Callum brings fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach, and we’ve already been impressed by his practical knowledge, strong technical skills, and passion for viticulture.

After more than 25 years of Ray Williams managing our vineyards, this marks an exciting new chapter. We’re incredibly grateful for Ray’s outstanding contribution over the years. Looking forward, we are confident Callum will continue to enhance the quality of fruit for both our 3drops label and for our fruit customers in the Great Southern 🍃

Did you know we make Nebbiolo two ways? 🍷🌸
Our Nebbiolo vines were planted back in 2002 on the family farm on Wragg Road, Mount Barker. At the time, alternative Italian red varieties were still a rarity in Western Australia's Great Southern, making Nebbiolo a bold choice.
Since 2016, we've been crafting our 3drops Nebbiolo Rosé, showcasing the variety in a fresh and vibrant style. Our current 2025 vintage opens with expressive aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries, layered with subtle savoury notes. The palate is supple with bright red berry flavours and the fine structure that Nebbiolo is known for.
For those who love a classic expression of the variety, our 2021 Nebbiolo is intensely aromatic, with cherry, rose petal and anise, alongside savoury, earthy and leathery notes. The palate is concentrated and elegant, with sour cherry and raspberry balanced by vibrant acidity, fine tannins.
Whether you prefer Nebbiolo in rosé or red, there's a style to discover.
