The Great Southern W**e Region is coming to City Beach for our summer event 🏖️
There’ll be 🥂 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc, Riesling, Rosé,, Chardonnay and some of our lighter bodied reds such as Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo. There’ll be 20+ Great Southern Producers as well as canapé’s by Mi Scusi.

Spring has arrived in the garden, and so has the 2025 3drops Great Southern Pinot Noir 🌸🍒

Crafted from the historic Patterson Vineyard, planted in 1982 and believed to be the oldest Pinot Noir planting in the Great Southern, this vintage captures an elegant, lighter style with vibrant cherry and delicate herbal characters, supported by subtle French oak.

Perfect for warmer spring days, it’s a red made to enjoy slightly chilled alongside fresh, seasonal dishes — think roast beetroot and whipped feta, herb-crusted salmon, mushroom and thyme tart, or a simple charcuterie board with fresh sourdough.

A beautiful match for spring in the garden. 🌿🍷

Our 3drops viticulture is now being undertaken by Callum Garland. Callum brings fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach, and we’ve already been impressed by his practical knowledge, strong technical skills, and passion for viticulture.

After more than 25 years of Ray Williams managing our vineyards, this marks an exciting new chapter. We’re incredibly grateful for Ray’s outstanding contribution over the years. Looking forward, we are confident Callum will continue to enhance the quality of fruit for both our 3drops label and for our fruit customers in the Great Southern 🍃
