That’s my pizza! Nick Dawson the creator and owner of Deniliquin’s favourite pizza shop ‘THAT PIZZA’.

A local to Deni, Nick grew up a part of a traditional Italian family amongst two generations which started his passion for quality fresh authentic foods. Possessing many years of experience in the pizza and food business, his traditional pizza making skills began in his early high school years at the age of 13 working with his family at well known “Green Pepper Pizza”. Upon returning home from a c

areer spaning form managing IGA supermarkets to working the resource construction industry in Western Australia, he saw a need and opportunity to showcase his tradition and experience and set up “THAT PIZZA” in Deniliquin. Prior to opening ‘THAT PIZZA’, Nick conducted and investigated current trends in the pizza industry unrelentingly studied products, equipment, advertising, uniforms, delivery vehicles and lots more involved in a pizza business to ensure ‘THAT PIZZA’ would become a successful upmarket local business.”
Joining Nick at “That Pizza” is John McLaren who also has an extensive 15yr back ground in the hospitality industry.
