Forest Hill Vineyard Forest Hill is the Oldest Cool Climate Wine Producer in WA

Founded by Betty Pearce in 1965, Forest Hill are famed for planting the first vines in cool climate Western Australia. The first plantings were Riesling and Cabernet, closely followed by Chardonnay and Shiraz over their 45 year history. Today Forest Hill are a well established premium producer with a stunning Cellardoor/Restaurant 4km outside of Denmark.

September is here and excitingly the beginning of the wedding season ahead.

Forest Hill were again awarded 5 red stars the highest accolade for a winery by James Halliday in his 2012 edition of the Wine Companion. All wines scored 94-96 points with two wines being voted best of varietal!! Congratulations must go to Clemence Haselgrove and the wine team!!!
