Something silly. I quite often get a message when I post a video of me baking of people thinking im using gravy powder . I promise im not 😅😅. Bonus of been a pub chef for years has certainly been the storage tubs that came from it. On another note 10 tubs would of made 750L of gravy 🤤🤤

A couple of bits from the weekend. A chocolate cake with chocolate ganache for my littlest motorbike obsessed nephew's 3rd Birthday.

A couple of mixed box's and XL trifles that headed out to a few special blokes for Fathers Day.

And if your new here. Back when I was little my mother Marg Wallace would make pancakes and whenever she did my sisters and I would get the first letter of our name in pancake form. So now its a silly little thing i do with my kids. Bodie is finally old enough now that he gets his own letter pancake 🥰

Righto guys. Your waistlines have all had a break for a couple of weeks 🤣🤣 now its time for the table to come back 🥰🥰.

This week's Brownie is golden oreo and white chocolate 🤤🤤

● New: Lemon delicious slice 🍋 🍋 🍋.

● New: Hedgehog Mint Areo Cheesecake slice 💚🤎

● New: Brownie base Fresh strawberry Cheesecake. Slice. 🍓🍓🍓

● New: Sl #×tty Brownie Cups. Double Choc Chip Biscuit base, Oreo, topped with Brownie 😋😋

● Lemon curd. Made fresh using 🍋 🍋 from my tree and eggs from my chookens 🐔

Plus lots of your other favourite slices and goodies available. There's also a big box of lemons 🍋 if anyone is after any.

As always if theres anything youd like put aside for collection later or on another day just let me know.

Also happy for any requests as i can bake more tomorrow.
