Today we’re celebrating our first-year apprentice, Holly! 🥐👩‍🍳

Holly started her baking apprenticeship with us in February this year, getting plenty of hands-on experience and building her skills before making the move up to Stony Rise Village next year. 🥖✨

She's been busy learning the tricks of the trade and getting her hands dirty (literally 🤣).

We’re so proud of how far she’s come already and can’t wait to see where her baking journey takes her!

In honour of Anzac day our store will be closed this Saturday 25th April 2026
