What a fantastic 8 days of catering at Lake Barrington for the Australian national rowing championship.
1400 lunches, with every type of dietary requirement possible.
400 dinners.
Additional lunch boxes daily, picked up some bonus catering for the royal Indian arm rowing team, whislt I was up there.
So fun, fun, fun.
