We love visiting classrooms to share our passion for food, local produce, sustainability and the journey of creating artisan products. Seeing students ask questions, taste, learn and get inspired is always a highlight of our year. 🍓🥒🍯

Two local legends. One ridiculously good butter. 🥒🧈

Pickle butter made with our Bread & Butter Pickle Relish folded through creamy salted butter from The Butter People, because good local produce deserves better than sitting quietly on a shelf.

Sweet, tangy, salty and completely unhinged on warm bread, steak or crispy potatoes.
Small batch meets small batch and honestly… this might be the best thing we’ve whipped yet.

Afternoon snack time, reimagined.
Cranberry & Orange conserve (you can buy this on line) with salted ricotta pinwheels — a childhood favourite, slightly grown up. The tart flavours of the cranberry and the saltiness of the ricotta just balance each other out.

I love baking them in muffin tins so they hold that perfect swirled shape. Best served warm with a sneaky afternoon 🍸.
