Mango Paradiso by Balzo Farming

Mango Paradiso by Balzo Farming Boutique mango orchards in FNQ where three generations of our family carefully nurture a range of mango varieties: KP, Nam Doc Mai, Kietts and Kia Savoy.

Here on our sun-drenched farm in FNQ, three generations of our family lovingly nurture our boutique orchard of KP mangoes that are individually hand-picked and carefully packed just meters from the family home. We strive to produce the most delicious, carefully tended fruit for other families to enjoy each summer here in Australia. We hope you enjoy a little taste of the tropics when you take home a tray of Mango Paradiso! The Balzarolo family

Kensington Pride mangoes (also known as KPs or Bowens) are the royal variety of mangoes! 👑 The sweet, juicy taste of a perfectly ripe KP doesn’t compare. This season has started well with an abundance of large, beautiful fruit. 😃 🥭

Our harvest crew this year is possibly the best we’ve ever had so if you spot a Mango Paradiso KP in the shops, thank the wonderful team who picked, de-sapped, graded and packed for us this year. 🥰

🥭 On the second day of harvest, we started bringing in some of our delicious Nam Doc Mai mangoes and will pack them for to go to Mebourne. ☺️

Nam Doc Mai have a sweet, honey-like flavour with floral notes. The seed of this popular Asian mango is very thin and the flesh is fibreless, making them ideal for salads, smoothies, desserts and purées.

🎉 The 2025 mango harvest has begun! Today our small crew started by hand-picking keow savoy mangoes that are headed for the good people of Melbourne.

Keow savoy are often eaten as a green mango diced or grated into salads like a Som Tum. Keow savoy are crispy, green and sweet, a bit like an apple. When ripe, the fibreless flesh turns yellow and has a sweet, nutty and slightly floral taste.
