Meet Christian, our Sous Chef ⛰️

Born in the mountains of Northern Italy, Christian grew up surrounded by fresh air, strong traditions, and a deep love for food.

With a father who is also a chef, the kitchen was always part of his life. From a young age, he developed a real passion for cooking — learning the importance of quality ingredients, seasonality, and simple, honest flavors.

Young, driven and full of energy, Christian brings that Northern Italian soul into our kitchen every day. From handmade pasta to carefully crafted dishes, his attention to detail and passion is something you can truly taste.
