🔥 Oven: 180°C fan-forced for 25–35 mins +
🔥 Larger fillets: 35–45 mins +
✅ Check thickest part reaches 63–70°C
✅ Rest 5–10 mins before slicing
✅ Baste halfway through for extra sticky glaze
Cooking times may vary according to your appliance and the thickness of the pork fillet.
