Saturday morning and the promise is sunshine and pure winter goodness 🌈
Highlights this week include brussels sprouts, sugarloaf and savoy cabbages, kales, chards and spinach. Beautiful broccoli that's awesome value, celeriac, parsnips and carrots with slow grown flavour and a full house of local citrus including all sorts of lemons, blood oranges, mandarins, tangelos, limes and pomellos ❤️
Plenty of snags this week folks including everyone's favourite, Italian beef, but have you tried the Thai beef sausage? Holey Moley, it's a ripper. As is our lamb this week, we had racks last night and they were so tender and flavoursome 👌
Grass fed beef pastrami is back in the house, as is our kasundi pie (think mild Indian beef pie). Keep an eye out for our slow cooked brisket with Korean BBQ sauce - so tasty over rice, in a bao bun or with stirfried veg 😋
We've ordered extra cheese & jalapeño bagels today, along with cinnamon and cardamon buns, plus all your favourite sourdoughs, ciabattas, flat breads with tasty toppings and tin loaves 😉 Goats milk is back in the fridge along with all sorts of delicious goats cheeses and kefir.
What else? New season olive oils, fresh batch of biltong, kelp disco jam and other seaweed delights, truffle goodness, free range eggs, all sorts of soups, leafy greens, wildflowers, a new Irish stout and a full bottle shop of tempting tipples 🥰
Happy Saturday folks ###
