Growing a diverse range of produce including specialty potatoes, heirloom vegetables and tree ripened fruit. Our produce is available in our farm shop along with goods sourced from nearby farms, Tuerong grown Belted Galloway beef and homemade pickles and preserves. Our farm gate shop is open 5 days a week, from Thursdays to Mondays, 8am - 6pm (closed public holidays).

It's a winter wonderland in the farm gate this weekend folks 🌈

Fresh truffles have arrived from Red Hill just itching to be matched with our grass fed beef steaks, or gnocchi or pasture raised eggs. Brassicas are positively shining, including purple sprouting broccoli, colourful cauliflowers, sweet Brussels sprouts, tender cauliflower florets and stunning cabbages. Apples and pears are bang on, and we still have beautiful feijoas, persimmons, quince and kiwi fruits ❤️

Our grass fed beef this week is magnificent. Bursting with grass fed flavour, it's been aged perfectly. If you're slow cooking we recommend some brisket or chuck on the bone, try a bolar blade for a pot roast, and rib eyes, porterhouse, skirt, flank or denver for the BBQ 🔥 Lamb is succulent and tender, so crumb a cutlet, braise a shoulder or roast a rump or rolled loin, you won't be disappointed 🥰

Highlights from the brand spanking new Take Home Meal freezers include beef stroganoff (a new and improved recipe), lamb ragu which makes a mean match with gnocchi, cauliflower gratin ideal to serve alongside your protein of choice and vegan carrot and coconut soup 😋

Our chilli con carne beef pie is back (think mild Mexican vibe) as are our tarts made with pasture raised eggs, apple and rhubarb pies and zucchini & corn fritters. The bread selection continues to dazzle from sexy sourdoughs, ciabattas, multigrain tin loaves, Danish rye, cheese & jalapeno bagels, cinnamon or cardamon scrolls, palmier pastries with fennel seeds, flat breads with seasonal toppings and plenty more 🙌

There's freshly pressed olive oils, biltong made with our beef, fruit straps, cordials, truffle butters, bresaola, kimchi, krauts, goats cheeses, a wonderful range of local tipples and so much more ❤️

When it comes to making proper burgers, the cuts we use is everything ❤️ That’s why we mince our grass fed beef brisket and chuck together to make these juicy, flavoursome beauties. And the only additive is salt 🙌
