Another different animal on the feed today! We visited the Reindeer Herd up in the Cairngorms National Park. 🦌 Such a fun experience. We visited the boys on the hill, they are all molting for the summer, which is why they are all patchy.

There was something truly special about seeing the highlands on a beautiful hillside with stunning views to Loch Awe ❤️ we were lucky enough to be able to visit Cladich Fold today. Our timing couldn't have been better - we were able to see the final stages of show prep for their 2 heifers headed to the Royal Highland Show. A huge thank you to Queenie, Stuart, and Joseph for such a warm welcome. It was wonderful to meet you all, visit the farm, and spend time with your beautiful cattle. We loved every minute and learned so much from you along the way.

An incredible afternoon at Sgriob-ruadh Farm - Isle Of Mull Cheese . We got to eat some afternoon tea in the incredible glass barn, Shelagh took us on a wonderful tour and showed us the whole process - from milking 100 dairy cows, using the milk to make cheese, using the leftover whey to feed pigs to grow pork and also now using it to be distilled into alcohol! This farm is definitely not to be missed if you travel to the area - a wonderful example of circular food manufacturing and sustainable farming.

What a way to spend a morning! We are staying in a cottage on a working farm near Oban this week 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. We visited AchinreirFarm_Experiences just down the road. We got to see lots of beautiful highlands including this stunning old girl Daisy. We all enjoyed learning about the farm biodiversity and how successful they have been with their regenerative agricultural practices. And to top it all off we got to taste the most delicious ice creams made on farm and flavoured with things mostly grown on the farm too!

He had a little adventure yesterday - breaking into the next paddock with his friend Elinor, the two of them had lots of fun until they realised they wanted to get back to their mums 😂🤦‍♀️
