Four years ago we got started with a truckload of buckets and a friend's kind offer of a garage (lookin' at you )
It was all gifted to us: the equipment, the systems, and relationships with many of the wonderful restaurants we supply to this day.
It continues to be a difficult journey, but a rewarding one. We'd like to think we've earned Doctorates in Mycology from the University of Life by now.
Our fifth year growing gourmet mushrooms promises to be our best yet: we've got the capacity to grow all kinds of new species, and we're exploring all sorts of interesting ways to get our tasty produce into people's bellies.
