Organic saltbush lamb has landed at NGR Meats, and we're running a promo on 5 lambs.
We've had this one organised for a while, so it's great to finally have it in. It comes from Bruce and Liam Maynard at Narromine, NSW. The lamb is organic, chemical-free and raised on saltbush, a tough native shrub that gives the meat a big flavour and a naturally marbled texture.
I kept one for my own family and we had loin chops last night. Honestly, one of the best I've had in a while. It's as natural as you're going to get.
Bruce won the 2025 National Landcare Award and he's passionate about soil health and chemical-free farming. His son Liam is farming alongside him. This is the next-gen family farming we started NGR Meats to back.

We’re Hiring – Trainee Farm Manager / Assistant Farm Manager
NextGenRegen is looking for a motivated, practical person to join our farm team 20 km north of Dubbo.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start, working approximately 38 hours per week with a flexible roster.

Salary
$80,000–$90,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on experience and suitability.

This is a diverse, hands-on role across our regenerative farming operation, including:

Pasture-raised egg production
Poultry and pig care
General livestock management
Animal welfare and pasture management
Hatching and brooding our own hens this spring
Welding, building, fencing and farm repairs
Farm maintenance and infrastructure
Record keeping and daily farm operations
Supporting the wider farm team
We’re looking for someone with:

Experience across different areas of farming
Strong attention to detail
Good animal-handling skills
Welding and building experience
A genuine interest in regenerative agriculture
A motivated, reliable and hardworking attitude
The ability to work independently and take responsibility
A current driver’s licence — essential
The role may progress into a Farm Manager position within 1–2 years, depending on performance, practical skills, leadership and development.

NextGenRegen also operates NGR Meats, our developing on-farm meat business. While this role is primarily focused on farm and livestock management, the successful applicant may occasionally be required to assist with NGR Meats activities, including packing, logistics or deliveries when needed.

Accommodation is not provided. Applicants must arrange their own accommodation in Dubbo or nearby.
