🚨 HEAD BUTCHER WANTED – JOIN THE REGENERATIVE FARMING REVOLUTION 🚨
NGR Meats is urgently seeking an experienced Head Butcher to join our team and help build something truly special.
This is not your average butcher role.
NGR Meats is a next-generation paddock-to-plate business that works directly with young local regenerative farming families, taking their produce straight to consumers. By removing unnecessary middlemen, we can provide our community with high-quality, nutrient-dense, chemical-free produce at an affordable price while ensuring farmers receive a fair and reliable return for their hard work.
This model allows farmers to continue improving their businesses, grow their regenerative practices, and produce even more nutrient-dense food for future generations. We believe this is the future of farming and food production, and we're passionate about helping drive that change.
Based on our farm just 20km north of Dubbo, we have recently completed a brand-new, fully approved on-farm butchery facility and are ready to commence production.
We will be processing:
✔️ Grass-fed Wagyu Beef
✔️ Pasture-raised, chemical-free Pork
✔️ Halal Goat
✔️ Saltbush Lamb
✔️ Venison – with NGR Meats set to become one of only two businesses in NSW certified to butcher venison directly from shooters
We will be attending and selling directly to customers at farmers markets throughout:
📍 Orange
📍 Mudgee
📍 Dubbo
📍 Sydney
We are also working with a Sydney-based company that shares our passion for regenerative agriculture to deliver our products directly to consumers through home delivery services.
