Looking for helpers to work in the coffee van from the 2nd to the 21st of june at the Dubbo Eisteddfod. Hours vary.

Must know how to make coffee a good and have great people skills.

2026 NEVER LATE FE-MAIL POSTIE BIKE RIDE
*on site catering*

We were thrilled to cater for the 4th Never Late Fe-Mail Postie Bike Ride Gala Dinner, supporting Wings4kidz at the RediJet Hanger last night.

These phenomenal women travelled from Blayney, Bathurst, Sofala, Mudgee, Ballimore, Wellington, ending their journey at Dubbo Zoo.

Being part of this event and hearing the clients' stories was truly humbling. The room was full of emotion!

Their menu was;
Canapes
- Bruschetta
- Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese Blini
- Charcuterie Skewers
- Pumpkin, Caramelised Onion & Fetta Tarts

Mains
- Chicken Maryland, Roasted Vegetable and Garlic Cream Sauce
- Roasted Beef, Roasted Vegetables and Gravy

Dessert
- Chocolate cake, Raspberry Sorbet and berries
- Lemon Meringue tarts, Whipped Cream and Berries

In the craziness of service, we didn't get any photos of mains or dessert.
