For those travelling home today, we’re wishing you a safe trip.

We’ve been a little quieter on socials lately while taking some time to focus on a few things behind the scenes, but we’re looking forward to getting back into it soon - with plenty more horse spam coming you’re way! 🐴
In the meantime - we would love to hear what you would like to see more of!

🚚 Last load of Rhodes grass hay arriving this weekend! 🌾

Our final truck of Rhodes grass hay is due this weekend - don’t miss you’re chance to secure you’re winter supply!

Please note, due to rising fuel costs, these 4x4 bales are now priced at $240 each.

We have had some great feedback so far, with many people finding this hay a suitable option for horses and ponies with EMS and Cushings, or for those seeking a forage option lower in starch and protein.

Pictured here is a very special pony to me - Bam Bam 🩵 You’ve probably seen him starring on our page already… after all, he is the Sunny Park mascot 😉

Those who know Bam Bam will understand the time, patience and consistency it’s taken to earn his trust. He can be a little suspicious, and he asks you to meet him with a certain level of vulnerability before he offers that trust back.

Today we spent some quiet time together doing groundwork, with the help of a TTouch Wrap, followed by a short massage. I snapped this photo at the end of the session because I was so pleased to see how relaxed he was as he processed the work we did - a huge win for this little guy 🥰

Working with ponies like Bam Bam brings so much - joy, patience, constant learning (always!) and a deep sense of pride. Thank you for all the lessons you teach me, little man ✨

Meet Billy 💙

Billy first spent time with us as a yearling before heading off to start his racing career. He recently returned to our care, after coming back to his owners, and we were so pleased to welcome him back to Sunny Park.

When Billy arrived, we put a tailored feed plan in place to support him as he transitioned into the next chapter of his life - whatever this may look like for this lovely boy.

As you can see from the before and after photos, Billy has gained weight beautifully and is starting to build some lovely topline.

Billy’s owners recently visited and were so pleased with his progress. Being a small part of Billy’s journey has been so rewarding 🤩

⚪️ Something to lay your gear on - a mat, fold-out table, back of a ute or (if disclosed in pre-registration) a box trailer or float.
⚪️ Gazebo - if you would like something to stand under away from the heat.
⚪️ Cash - in case you need to provide change to a buyer.

🔵 Cash - I am sure I speak for a lot of people but cash is always a win when you’re selling something!

🚗 Car Parking - please proceed down past the loading ramps, through the double gates and park in the (sign posted) designated area. Please consider room for others when parking.

‼️ Please Note - unfortunately we won’t have bathroom facilities available, something to for you to consider when planning your day!

💛 Please be kind to us and to others 💛 We have never done this before (and event planning is not our area of expertise 😆) We kindly ask you to be kind and understanding if there are any teething issues. We want this to be a casual and fun morning out for everyone! ☺️
