Even though every event is different, the amount of love and beautiful feedback we received for our **Japanese Soufflé Pancakes** honestly made me SO happy! 🥞✨

Hearing you say how much you enjoyed them, seeing people come back again, and even selling out — those little moments really made my day and reminded me why I keep doing this. 🥹💛

Seeing you enjoy the food I put so much time and love into honestly made all the hard work worth it. Every order, every kind word, every smile and especially hearing **“this is so good!”** really made my day. 🥰

When I said homemade… I REALLY meant homemade 😂🥹🥧
7kg of beef, hours of slow cooking, filling every pie by hand and fighting with the oven until sunrise 😂
Now I understand why homemade pies aren’t cheap!!
But seeing these golden babies come out of the oven… worth it 💛
