A gorgeous evening for tucking in the kale 🌿

We have shifted our focus in the garden recently and are looking at even more ways we can protect and grow healthy soil. Mulching has been just one of the ways as well as making our own compost and increasing our cover cropping. Soil is life and by ensuring we have healthy soil means we can bring you the healthiest veggies ✨🌿

A little update… As many of you are noticing the garden is looking rather empty at the moment. We have officially run out of water so we won’t be continuing to plant until we receive meaningful rain. We are very disappointed that it’s come to this but Mother Nature can’t be controlled. We will continue to have Tomatoes, capsicum, eggplant and Garlic available at the farm shop along with a range of preserves. We will be harvesting some SALAD MIX in the next few days as well so that’s something to be very exciting about!
