A massive thank you to Bubbles in the Buffel and Taroom Early Learning Centre for having us back to cater the 2026 Bubbles in the Buffel event for a second year.

We had the pleasure of serving up crispy pork belly and slow-cooked beef cheeks to 220 incredible ladies — a huge increase from last year and a fantastic reflection of how much this event continues to grow.

It’s always a privilege to be part of an event that brings people together while supporting such a great local cause. A big congratulations to everyone involved in organising another successful weekend.

Thank you for trusting us to feed the crowd. We loved every minute of it and can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🐷🐄🥂🍊🍋

Big shout out to the awesome team at Lawsons Butchery in Mitchell for their ongoing support of our local community 👏

These guys and girls show up every single day, making sure everyone has access to fresh, quality products with plenty of variety. Supporting local businesses like this is what keeps our communities strong.

For my catering functions, these legends supply around 90% of my meat and I honestly can’t fault them. The quality is always spot on, prices are great, and the service from the whole team is even better.

Thanks for everything you do for the community and for backing local businesses like mine. Absolute champions! 🙌

A bit of exciting news on our end — I’ve recently been accepted into the Advancing Beef Leaders program.

What was already shaping up to be a pretty big year is turning into an even bigger one.

For us, it’s not just a personal milestone — it’s about continuing to learn, grow, and bring a deeper understanding of beef production into what we do every day.

From paddock to plate, we’re proud to stand behind the product we serve and keep improving the quality and experience we offer our clients.

Thanks to everyone who continues to support our little business — we really appreciate it.
