Meet our Winemaker, Binh Lim.

From South Korea to France, the United States, New Zealand and ultimately Margaret River, Binh’s winemaking journey spans some of the world’s most respected wine regions.

After studying Wine & Food Fermentation in South Korea, Binh moved to France to complete the prestigious Diplôme National d’Œnologue (D.N.O.) at the University of Toulouse, graduating in 2016. His career has been shaped by hands-on vintages across the globe, refining his understanding of vineyard expression, regional diversity and precision winemaking.

Since joining Flametree Wines in 2018, Binh has played an integral role in crafting wines that capture the purity, balance, and distinctive character of Margaret River.

Guided by a global perspective and a commitment to quality, Binh’s philosophy is simple: let each vineyard tell its story through wines of precision, structure, and authenticity.
