NEW EAGLE BAY LIMITED RELEASE'S!!!

DANK WEST COAST IPA 6.2%
A collab with Grain Cru, this years beer see's Cryo Columbus as the headliner, featuring Cryo Mosaic as support, then dry hopped again with Cryo mosaic. Expect dank intensity with layers of resinous piney waves and a subtle lift of grapefruit to bring balance to the hop punch.

BOHEMIAN PILSNER 4.5%
Brewed once a year to celebrate the fleeting moment of the annual hop harvest in Margaret River. This beer delivers a moreish bready and biscuity malt profile and bright stone fruit, herbal and citrus characters from the local hops which are used within 10 days of being picked.

OAKED VIENNA LAGER 5.8%
A modern take on a Euro classic, with a rich caramel and biscuit malt base it was cold conditioned for five weeks on French oak chips, creating gentle complexity and depth, with a rounded mouth feel and a deliciously crisp finish. A modern interpretation of a classic European style, brewed for timeless drink-ability.

SOUR CHERRY GELATO IMPERIAL STOUT 8.5%
Teaming up with their mates at Mai Tardi Gelato bringing Itailian Amarena sour cherries and mascarpone gelato into the brew to create something rich, decadent and properly different. Layers of chocolate and crystal malt build the depth, while the Amarena cherries cut through with a bright sweet tart lift. Smooth, velvety and full bodied this one leans dessert... but drinks like a proper 8.5% imperial stout.

NEW ROCKY 9th BIRTHDAY DROP!!!!!

ORIGIN STORIES IMPERIAL KOJI DARK LAGER 7%
Using a combo of flaked rice and specialty malts to create a light but roasty backbone that lets the character of this beer shine through without distraction. The real twist in what makes this beer special is the addition of Koji at the end of fermentation, bringing subtle umani depth, slightly sweet, slightly earthy and also adds subtle layers. Medium bitterness grounds the beer, while a light, lingering finish ensures its never overwhelming despite the strength.

SON OF MISCHIEF IMPERIAL WC IPA 8.5%
With a world ending amount of hops including a full litre of Idaho 7 Dynaboost per turn and a new mix of Krush and Dolcita hops for the very first time. The result is a solar flare of tropical fruit gripped by layers of dankness and a mid-palate bitterness that bites before settling into a long, satisfying finish. Certified sustainable Pilsner malt fom Tolga Farm and wheat malt provide a clean, springboard base for Raku, Krush Hyperboost and Rakau Subzero Hop Kief to let the aroma and flavour run wild. A perfectly citrusy, resin-soaked monster thats sure to induce mischief.

POSITIVELY METAL IMPERIAL RED IPA 8.5%
This one pours ruby red and with a level clarity that only years of refinement in technique and process can achieve. A touch of flaked rice keeps the body powerful and controlled but not cloying. Caramel richness, roasted edges and subtle Christmas cake notes provide depth and help to create a seamless drinking experience. Rakau delivers a hit of red fruit and berry notes, while pine resin and dankness follow.

FREE YOUR MIND IMPERIAL PASTRY STOUT 9%
Landing in the glass thick, rich and unapologetically decadent. The malt bill is serious dark magic: Sustainable Pilsner malt from Kulin, bolstered by double roasted crystal plus malted and rolled oats lay solid ground. Maple bacon, roasted peanuts, marshmallow, Madagascar vanilla and bourbon extract have been layered in across the whole brewing process. From kettle to fermenter to bright tank. This helped create a stout that's simultaneously smoky, nutty and sweet.
