What an absolutely fabulous weekend we had at the cidery! 🍷❄️
The weather was bitterly cold, but that certainly didn't stop anyone. Everyone embraced the winter chill, rugged up, gathered around with friends, enjoyed plenty of mulled wine, and tucked into our delicious warm bacon cob loaves. Judging by the smiles all weekend, the cold was all part of the experience!
Our cosy rugs were also a huge hit, and we're glad they helped keep so many of you warm while you enjoyed your time with us.
Unfortunately, not everyone shared the same community spirit.
A particular group decided that instead of borrowing the rugs like everyone else, they would take them home. As a result, next weekend's customers will miss out because a handful of people felt entitled to something that wasn't theirs.
Just a friendly reminder: if it's not yours, don't take it.
And before anyone asks, yes, we have it all on camera. We know exactly who you are.
We're giving you the opportunity to do the right thing and return the rugs. No questions asked, no public shaming, no drama. Simply drop them back and we'll leave it there.
It's disappointing that this even needs to be said, especially after such a fantastic weekend filled with good people, good food, great cider, and plenty of community spirit.
To everyone else who visited, laughed, drank mulled wine, enjoyed a bacon cob loaf, and treated our venue with respect — thank you. You're the reason we love doing what we do. ❤️
