Next up is Watto (Glenn)!

Watto has been part of the Central Vic Meats team for just over 2 years and has quickly become our go-to guy for anything involving a camera. While getting some of the team in front of the lens can be a challenge, Watto is always happy to step up! 🎥

Lamb is Watto’s area of expertise — he knows his way around a good cut!

We're pretty lucky to have Watto on the team — he’s always up for a laugh, brings plenty of personality to the team, and is never far from the action.

MEET THE TEAM 👋
Next up is Melissa! ❤️

Melissa is Mark’s wife and has been by his side in business for 34 years. Over those years, they’ve raised their four children — all of whom have spent time working in the family business along the way!

Melissa wears a few hats around Central Vic Meats. She helps with the paperwork, takes care of ordering everything that comes before you reach the coolroom (because she’s not the biggest fan of the cold! 😂), and is also one of the friendly faces you’ll often see down in our retail store.

One thing you can always count on with Melissa? There’ll be cake! 🎂 Birthdays at Central Vic Meats are always celebrated with one of her homemade creations!

From helping run the business to raising a family and everything in between, Melissa is a huge part of the Central Vic Meats story. Mark certainly couldn’t have done it all without her support over the years, and we love having her as part of the team and appreciate everything she does for us. ❤️
