Permanent position farm operator/ potential manager.
-Start date : Feb 2026
-This position is for candidates with experience in the agricultural industry.
-We require a minimum of 2 recent references
-Broadacre spraying experience is required.
About us:
Our operation is a 100% CTF cropping farm spread across the Beverley and Quairading shires in Western Australia, running a modern fleet of machinery, focusing on time management to achieve a high level of productivity.
Your tasks will be:
- Spraying
- Harvesting
- Spreading
- Excavator work
- Farm and machine maintenance
- Farm improvement Projects
- If your experience permits you’ll be tasked with overseeing crop checks and become part of the overall management process of the yearly activities.
- We encourage feedback/ input and reward those who have a willingness to improve the business.
Renumeration is based on your experience and knowledge.
Salary: $80k-$100k + super + house + Ute.
Work schedule is flexible for family life and we do not work weekends (except for Saturdays during seeding and harvest)
