The last four days in the amazing city of Turin at Terra Madre 2026 have been incredible! 🌱🇮🇹

We’ve walked thousands of steps, raced from conference to conference, and soaked up every opportunity to listen, learn and connect with farmers, cooks, producers and food lovers from all around the world.

A huge thank you to Hunter Valley Slow Food for giving us this incredible opportunity. It has been the most amazing experience, filled with inspiration, new friendships, wonderful stories and, of course, plenty of amazing food! ❤️

We can’t wait to share all the stories, ideas and experiences from our time here with you.

Turin, you have been amazing. ❤️🇮🇹🌱
